Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with Vantic (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service— by using the Service you agree to it. The short version: use the Service honestly, with accounts that are yours, and don’t use it to harm anyone.

Accounts and access

• Only connect social accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, probe or circumvent our security measures, or misuse access credentials.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense your account or the data the Service provides without our written permission.

Content you publish through the Service

When you use publishing features to post content to your connected platforms, you are responsible for that content. Do not publish content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights (including music you do not have rights to use);
• harasses, threatens, or incites harm against any person or group;
• violates the rules of the platform it is published to (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok).

Platform rules

Your use of connected platforms through the Service must comply with those platforms’ own terms and community guidelines. Do not use the Service to evade a platform’s restrictions, manipulate metrics, or automate behavior a platform prohibits.

Protecting the Service

• Do not disrupt or overload the Service, introduce malware, or interfere with other customers’ use of it.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service other than through features we provide.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Enforcement

If you violate this policy we may warn you, suspend your account, or terminate it, as described in the Terms of Service. Where content published through the Service is involved, we may also remove associated drafts or scheduled posts from our systems.
