This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Vantic sets when you visit our website or use the Service, what each one does, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember something about your visit — like keeping you signed in or remembering a choice you made. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and only set with your consent where the law requires it.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off:

• Sign-in session. Set by our authentication provider when you sign in, so you stay signed in as you move around the app. Removed when you sign out.
• Consent choice (vantic_consent). Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask you again on every visit. Kept for 1 year.
• Promotional page session (vantic_fsid). Set when you visit one of our promotional or offer pages. It’s a random ID that lets us connect your visit, any quiz answers or email you provide, and an order you place into one visit, so the page works correctly — for example, showing the right next step or confirming your order. Kept for 90 days.
• Payment provider cookies.On pages where a payment form appears, our payment providers Stripe and (where offered) PayPal set their own cookies — for example Stripe’s __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid— to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. They are set only on pages that show a payment form and are required for checkout to work.

First-party attribution cookies

These help us understand which of our own marketing brought you here. They are set by us, never shared with third parties, and used only to attribute a later signup to the campaign or ad you arrived through:

• vantic_attr— the campaign parameters (UTM tags) on the link you first arrived through, and the most recent ones. Kept for 90 days.
• vantic_gclid— a Google Ads click identifier, present only if you arrived through a Google ad. Kept for 90 days.
• vantic_fbclid— a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad click identifier, present only if you arrived through a Meta ad. Kept for 7 days.
• vantic_ttclid— a TikTok ad click identifier, present only if you arrived through a TikTok ad. Kept for 28 days.

Analytics and advertising cookies (consent-based)

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, and conversion-measurement tools from Google, Meta, and TikTok to tell whether our advertising works, including on our promotional offer pages. These tools set their own cookies — for example TikTok’s _ttp cookie, which lets TikTok recognise a later visit as coming from one of its ads. In regions where the law requires consent, none of these scripts load and none of their cookies are set unless you choose Accepton the cookie banner. If you decline, the site works exactly the same — these tools simply stay off.

Your choices

You can change your mind at any time — use the control below to allow or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Declining takes effect immediately and is remembered, so these tools stay off even in regions where we would otherwise not need to ask.

• You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent signing in.

Changes to this policy

If we add or change cookies, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
