These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vantic(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Vantic connects to your social media accounts with your authorization to retrieve analytics and present them in a unified dashboard, reports, and insights. The Service accesses your platform data on a read-only basis and does not post or make changes on your behalf.

Your account

Third-party platforms

Your use of connected platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) remains subject to those platforms’ own terms. Platform APIs may change, rate-limit, or restrict data availability, which can affect what the Service can show. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or the accuracy of the data they provide.

Acceptable use

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, when available, are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or to others.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics will be complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
