Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vantic (the “Service”), operated by Medurik Corporation (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Vantic connects to your social media accounts with your authorization to retrieve analytics and present them in a unified dashboard, reports, and insights. Analytics access is read-only. If you use the Service’s publishing features, we upload and publish content to the connected accounts you choose — but only when you explicitly direct us to, using the additional permission you grant for that purpose. The Service never posts, messages, or makes changes on your behalf on its own.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- You must be at least 16 years old and have the right to connect any account you add.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Third-party platforms
Your use of connected platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X) remains subject to those platforms’ own terms — in particular, if you connect a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platform APIs may change, rate-limit, or restrict data availability, which can affect what the Service can show. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or the accuracy of the data they provide.
Your content
You own the content you upload to the Service for publishing. By uploading it, you give us permission to store it and transmit it to the platforms you select, solely to carry out the publication you requested. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to everything you publish through the Service.
Public media kit pages
The Service can create a public web page on our own website showing statistics for the accounts you choose (your media kit). This page exists only if you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time, which removes the page. We do not post your media kit anywhere else; sharing the link is up to you. You are responsible for the web address and display name you choose and for where you share the link. We may unpublish a media kit page that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. The statistics shown are drawn from the data the platforms provide and are presented as-is; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or disrupt its operation.
- Do not connect accounts you are not authorized to access, or use the Service to violate any platform’s terms or applicable law.
Our Acceptable Use Policy describes these rules in full and is part of these Terms.
Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment method required. If you do not choose a paid plan before the trial ends, your account is paused — your data is retained and your connected accounts keep syncing, but the dashboard, reports, and insights are locked until you subscribe. You can subscribe or delete your account at any time.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment providers (Stripe for card payments and PayPal). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- The price is the amount shown for your chosen plan at checkout. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added based on your location and is shown before you confirm.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not automatically renewed after that.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and notify you; if it continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended.
- We may change plan prices or features. We will give you advance notice of any price change, and it will take effect on a following billing period — never mid-cycle for a period you have already paid for.
Our Refund & Billing Policy summarizes this in plain English.
Promotional offers and one-time purchases
From time to time we may advertise and sell separate one-time products or services of our own — for example a paid guide, course, or service package — through promotional pages linked from ads, emails, or the Service. These promotional offers are separate from your subscription to the Service described above: buying one is a single, one-time payment, not a subscription, and does not create a Vantic account or give you access to the analytics dashboard.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers — Stripe, or PayPal where offered; we do not store your full card details. After your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order and describing what you purchased and how to receive it. Our Refund & Billing Policy describes how refunds for these purchases work.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a promotional offer. These Terms, including the Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, and Governing law sections above, apply to promotional offers and one-time purchases just as they apply to your subscription to the Service.
Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or to others.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics will be complete or accurate. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data — including encryption of access tokens and strict account isolation — but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantic and Medurik Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including damages resulting from unauthorized access to, alteration of, or theft of your data by third parties, provided we have maintained the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or one hundred US dollars if you have paid us nothing).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
